  • Desktop application interface design.

  • Logo and brand identity design.

  • Related design concepts and visual assets agreed upon with the client.

The precise deliverables for each project will be specified in the applicable package description, quotation, or written agreement.

2. Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, relevant content, brand assets, and feedback reasonably necessary to complete the work.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices, payment schedules, and applicable fees will be communicated before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and approval.

Work may be paused if a required payment is overdue, subject to the project agreement and applicable law.

4. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions and the scope of changes included in a project will be specified in the applicable package or agreement.

Major changes to the original brief, additional pages, new concepts, or expanded functionality may require additional fees and time.

5. Delivery and Timelines

Estimated delivery dates depend on project complexity, timely feedback, and receipt of necessary materials and payments.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee a particular completion date unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will be governed by the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, transfer of rights in final approved work may be conditional on full payment.

Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

We may not transfer rights to third-party assets beyond the permissions granted by their owners.

7. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Think Design may request permission to display completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials. Where client confidentiality or written restrictions apply, we will respect the agreed terms.
